DataBridge Sites ticketing portal will be updated to a new workflow to provide accurate status updates to your requests. In this update, users will experience slight changes to the names and icons of tickets that can be opened.

The following ticket types will NOT be changed in this update, and their status updates will continue to be utilized the same way as before:

Shipping and Receiving

All other ticket types will be getting an overhaul with additional status added. The status users are familiar with, such as "investigation in progress" or "waiting for vendor support" will still exist. New status that represent DataBridge Sites' internal progress and validation process work (if applicable) will now be shown to users. We hope this change will provide a more transparent internal workflow to end users when checking the progress of their requests.

The following NEW ticket statuses do not require customer action and will only be seen by customers with validated systems as we move through our change control process internally: Change control needed, Emergency CC, Info needed, Awaiting Manager Signature, Pending GRC Approval, RA in Progress, Validation Docs needed, Pending NOC RA Review, Pending GRC Closure.

Scheduled - We will be conducting scheduled maintenance on our VHI virtualization environment Saturday, 7 AM, May 30th This is expected to be transparent to systems hosted within the environment as they will be migrated between hosts during the work. Self-service users that directly access the portal or API may experience brief interruptions in access to those resources during this work.

Scheduled - Our carrier has notified us that they are conducting maintenance that will affect our Transit blend in the listed location. There should be no impact to customer traffic, as it will fail over to the other carrier link, but we will be in hazcon due to the loss of redundancy for the duration of the window.

Scheduled - Please be advised the facility will be operating on generator power for a scheduled maintenance and transition window beginning at 6:00 AM on tomorrow, Thursday, May 21st. The expected duration of generator operation is up to six (6) hours while utility and electrical infrastructure work is performed in support of ongoing capacity, resiliency, and scalability improvements.

No interruption to customer load is anticipated during the transition and generator operating window. Additional updates or communications will be provided should schedule adjustments become necessary.
