Hello,

DataBridge Sites ticketing portal will be updated to a new workflow to provide accurate status updates to your requests. In this update, users will experience slight changes to the names and icons of tickets that can be opened.

The following ticket types will NOT be changed in this update, and their status updates will continue to be utilized the same way as before:

Access Request

Badge Request

Shipping and Receiving

All other ticket types will be getting an overhaul with additional status added. The status users are familiar with, such as "investigation in progress" or "waiting for vendor support" will still exist. New status that represent DataBridge Sites' internal progress and validation process work (if applicable) will now be shown to users. We hope this change will provide a more transparent internal workflow to end users when checking the progress of their requests.

The following NEW ticket statuses do not require customer action and will only be seen by customers with validated systems as we move through our change control process internally: Change control needed, Emergency CC, Info needed, Awaiting Manager Signature, Pending GRC Approval, RA in Progress, Validation Docs needed, Pending NOC RA Review, Pending GRC Closure.
